Sign Dimensions = 18" x 24"
A sign frame is not included. A typical "For Sale By Owner" sign frame will usually work, or you can purchase one from our supplies store. You can also pick up sign frames from major home improvement stores and sign shops.
"By Owner" Signs Prohibited
The Colorado MLS systems prohibit the use of "By Owner" signs on any listed property. A "By Owner" sign is considered to be any non-brokerage sign. When you choose our "Premium" listing package, you will receive one Fidelity Realty brokerage sign at no additional cost.
You should be aware that all Colorado MLS systems have Quality Control departments that randomly check listings for sign violations. If a violation occurs, your listing will be terminated and you will not be allowed to re-list for a period of 1 year. So, remember to use our sign or no sign at all.

When you log into your Control Panel you will see a link to YOUR LISTING WEB PAGE. You give that link to anyone that is interested in looking at your home. This link is also printed on your PRINTABLE BROCHURE We are also in the process of getting this web address printed on your FREE brokerage sign, so as people drive passed your home, they can immediatly see how to access your HOME INFORMATION online.
