MLS systems prohibit the use of "By Owner" signs on any listed property. A "By Owner"
sign is considered to be any non-brokerage sign. You will receive one Fidelity Realty brokerage sign at no additional cost.
You should be aware
that all
Colorado
MLS systems have Quality Control departments that randomly check listings for sign
violations. If a violation occurs, your listing will be terminated and you will
not be allowed to re-list for a period of 1 year. So, remember to use our sign or
no sign at all.
