Call Forwarding

MLS Appointment Contact:

The seller's name and phone number appear as the appointment contact on the Realtor's MLS. Affiliate sites, like Realtor.com, only offer the listing broker's number. No brokerage can modify or edit this area on any affiliate site.

How Call Forwarding Works:

When a buyer or Realtor calls in to our office inquiring about your property, our call coordinator will direct them straight to you. Our extended call hours (open late until 8:00pm) insure that YOU NEVER MISS A BUYER PHONE CALL.

Of course you must do your part and answer your phone. Through years of experience, we have found that by answering your phone in person, or by returning the buyer’s call within 1 hour will greatly increase your showing/selling potential.
