At any time during your listing term, you may choose to have our brokerage handle all aspects of your offer negotiations starting from the initial negotiations all the way through to closing. If you choose this great option, a flat fee of $950 will be due upon the successful closing of your transaction. If your transaction does not close, you owe us nothing.
