However, the amount of commission you offer a buyer's agent is completely up to you (Anti-trust laws prohibit the MLS from specifying how much commission you should offer). YOU will decide how much commission you wish to offer a buyer’s agent. Our company takes no part of the buyer-agent commission. If there is no buyer-agent involved in your sale, you will NOT pay any commission what so ever.

Be aware that the Realtor’s MLS Prohibits the use of “By Owner” signs on any listed property. A “By Owner” sign is considered to be any non-brokerage sign. Due to this MLS rule, we provide you with a complimentary brokerage yard that should accommodate your needs.

A sign frame is not included. A typical "For Sale By Owner" sign frame will usually work, or you can purchase one from our supplies store. You can also pick up sign frames from major home improvement stores and sign shops.
