AUTOMATED call forwarding 24/7.
- Your name and phone number appear on the MLS as the appointment contact. However, some MLS affiliate sites only offer the listing broker's number. In this instance, our office may receive buyer phone calls about your property. When this occurs, our AUTOMATED call forwarding system redirects the call straight to you. Automated call forwarding operates 24/7 to insure that YOU NEVER MISS A BUYER PHONE CALL. Most other MLS brokers don't offer this service due to their inability to invest the necessary money to duplicate our phone system. This service is a MUST! The alternative is to rely on your MLS broker to actually physically receive and forward YOUR buyer call directly to you. You maintain full control of your sale.
- Our flat fee listing program allows you to maintain full control and accountability of your listing. It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your listing data, which includes any changes in selling status. You will also handle all showing arrangements, offer negotiations, escrow, settlement and closing details.
Retain your right to sell "By Owner".
- Under our flat fee program, you retain your right to sell your home "By Owner". You are not obligated to sell your property through the Realtor's MLS (where you may offer a buyer's agent commission). You may sell your property outside of the MLS system to anyone you like.
Live Help Desk.
- We offer "live" listing management assistance throughout the term of your listing. If you need help, simply call our office Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. A real "live" Fidelity service representative is there to assist you! There's no additional cost.
Full service assistance is available.
- At any time during the life of your listing, you can hire a licensed Fidelity broker to assist you with offer negotiations, transaction paperwork, escrow, settlement and all closing details. We represent your best interests from initial offer negotiations all the way through to closing. We handle the communication with buyers, brokers, title companies, appraisers and lenders. If you are interested in securing this service, call our office Monday through Friday. This service is OPTIONAL and available at a cost of just 1/2percent of the final selling price.
Cancel anytime for any reason.
- You may cancel you MLS listing at any time and for any reason... no "strings" attached. To exercise your right to cancel, simply log in to your virtual account and select from the drop down menu "Cancel Listing". Your listing will then be cancelled and removed from all MLS systems and affiliate sites within 24 hours.
