We offer a flexible term listing (up to 12 months) with a right to cancel at any time for any reason. Though we have additional services and products available, you are not obligated to pay for any other service or product unless you order it.
We are members of all major MLS systems. We are also members of the California Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors.

Who Uses Our Services?
Our typical customer is a "For Sale By Owner" who wishes to utilize the Realtor's MLS to gain maximum advertising exposure to both real estate brokers and buyers without paying a listing broker commission and without a "binding" listing contract. Because YOU are handling your own sale and because YOUR name and phone number are posted on the MLS as the direct contact, you should be ready to answer your phone and respond to questions about your property... as well as arrange showing appointments with buyers and brokers. You should also have a reasonable understanding of the selling process and have the ability to negotiate your own offer. Included with your flat fee listing are all of the necessary forms and State required disclosures, along with an easy to understand Home Selling Guide available on-line once you are listed.
