You maintain full control of your sale.
- Our flat fee listing program allows you to maintain full control and accountability of your listing. It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your listing data, which includes any changes in selling status. You will also handle all showing arrangements, offer negotiations, escrow, settlement and closing details.
Retain your right to sell "By Owner".
- Under our flat fee program, you retain your right to sell your home "By Owner". You are not obligated to sell your property through the Realtor's MLS (where you may offer a buyer's agent commission). You may sell your property outside of the MLS system to anyone you like.
Listing on Realtor's MLS with up to 25 photos.
- Your property listed on the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Listing on Realtor.com and all MLS subsidiary sites.
- As a part of your MLS listing submission, your listing will also appear on MLS subsidiary sites including Realtor.com, along with many others.

In this instance, our office may receive buyer phone calls about your property. When this occurs, our AUTOMATED call forwarding system redirects the call straight to you. Automated call forwarding operates 24/7 to insure that YOU NEVER MISS A BUYER PHONE CALL. Most other MLS brokers don't offer this service due to their inability to invest the necessary money to duplicate our phone system. This service is a MUST! You will be given COMPLETE on-line editing capabilities, which allows you to have full control and accountability of your listing. Cancel anytime for any reason.
- You may cancel you MLS listing at any time and for any reason... no "strings" attached. To exercise your right to cancel, simply log in to your virtual account and select from the drop down menu "Cancel Listing". Your listing will then be cancelled and removed from all MLS systems and affiliate sites within 24 hours.
